Micaela Jungmalm began her career working as a pre-school teacher. After a few years she felt she needed a new challenge, and left for Greece and Spain to organize events for the hospitality industry. This is probably where she gained her first experiences of organizing, helping people with different needs, taking care of emergency situations and in general having a social and flexible mindset.
