It was 1991. Carmen Karem started working with us as a Production Worker in Mölndal. 25 years later she has been part of several of our production lines, becoming Production Supervisor and has now returned as Shift Manager to the production area where she once started. During these years the production has changes from being mostly manual to be highly automatic with modern custom made machines, which makes her feel like a new employee.
